She focus on the repair and maintenance of traction batteries in forklift, UPS stational batteries in telecom base sits and other industries. It has received orders from Pepsi, Coca-Cola and other large Fast-consuming enterprises for the maintenance of forklift batteries.
For the 48V/500Ah and 700Ah forklift batteries which have been used for 5-6 years, the discharging time is less than 100 minutes, and our customer has been scraped it. After repairing with our leading resonant pulse technology of desulfation, the actual capacity reaches 81.8% and 95% of the rated capacity respectively as new one. During a few months before, we have received PO for battery maintenance of forklift trucks from large multinational companies such as Pepsi Food.
At the same time, our company's 6th generation repair technology, forklift battery hard-connected series cell repair technology, is the company's first invention patent, without cutting the positive and negative lead bars of batteries, can be directly charged in series cells, series cells repairing and discharging in series, greatly improving repair efficiency and reducing repair costs.
